SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Indore by courier. Please allow the following number of days for receipt of your order.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 5-6 business days. For locations that are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 7-10 working days.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout, and consumers will be informed of this before making payments.

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS:

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Swift International takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Order Total:

- Below ₹1500 (Prepaid): ₹100
- ₹1500 and above (Prepaid): FREE!
- Below ₹1500 (Cash on Delivery): ₹150
- ₹1500 and above (Cash on Delivery): ₹100

We provide estimated delivery times on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will assist you in tracking your package through our partner courier services.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you the package tracking information. Please note that Cash On Delivery is not a trial option, and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders.

In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD, and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact us at +919893877308

For any cancellations, we require an email within 6 hours of the order being placed. If the order has been shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is canceled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.
